Century’s old in its use, tallow is rendered down bovine fat used for cooking and beauty products. Our tallow comes from joyful cows that are pastured raised and grass finished from East Troy, Wisconsin at Grassway Organics Regenerative Farm. We carefully and thoughtfully thrice-render our leaf suet into tallow through a water extraction leaving it odorless and pure.
